From ground-up construction to keeping decades-old roofs watertight, we manage every phase — structure, waterproofing, drainage, and finish.
Full-scale framing, deck installation, and custom tile integration for luxury estates and modern architecture, engineered from the trusses up.
Complete removal of aged roofing down to the deck, structural repair where needed, and a rebuilt system to modern code.
Learn More →Commercial-grade self-adhering membranes, liquid-applied sealants, and leak diagnostics that extend the life of the roof you already have.
Learn More →Seamless copper and aluminum gutters, hidden hangers, downspout routing, and gutter guards engineered to move water away from the structure.
Learn More →The details that decide whether a roof leaks: step flashing, chimney crickets, valley metal, and skylight curbs, sealed and detailed by hand.
Annual inspection programs, tile and slate spot repair, and rapid storm-damage response with full insurance-claim documentation.
State-certified inspections that document roof shape, roof-to-wall connections, and opening protection — the paperwork Florida insurers require for wind mitigation credits and policy renewal.
Learn More →Reflective elastomeric and silicone coatings for flat and low-slope sections — cuts attic heat gain, seals hairline cracks, and extends a roof's life without a full tear-off.
Photo documentation, detailed damage reports, and direct coordination with your adjuster after a storm — so the claim reflects the actual scope of repair needed.
Learn More →Every project — new build or restoration — follows the same disciplined sequence, in this order, without exception.
We inspect the existing structure or lot, checking load paths, decking condition, and drainage grade before any work begins.
On re-roofs, old material comes off down to bare decking, with rot and damage repaired before anything new goes on.
Trusses and rafters are set or reinforced to carry the weight of natural slate, clay, or concrete tile without deflection.
A self-adhering rubberized membrane is sealed across the entire deck — the single most important layer against leaks.
Finish material is hand-set course by course, with ridge caps, valleys, and flashing detailed as we go.
Gutters and downspouts are hung to grade, every penetration is sealed, and a senior estimator walks the finished roof with you.
Custom-fired terracotta clay tiles, a capped ridge line, and a seamless gutter with downspouts — the finished exterior shell, visible from the street.
A selection of new-construction, restoration, and full waterproofing projects completed by our crews.
Gutters are priced by the linear foot along the roofline, not by overall roof square footage.

Roof Tile Services provides construction, restoration, and drainage services rather than off-the-shelf products, so "returns" work differently than they would with a retail purchase. This policy explains how estimates, deposits, cancellations, and workmanship concerns are handled.
Initial site assessments and written estimates are provided at no cost and carry no obligation. A project only begins once both parties sign a proposal or contract outlining scope, materials, timeline, and price.
Larger projects typically require a deposit to schedule crews and order materials. Deposit amounts and schedules are specified in your signed proposal. Deposits are applied toward the total project cost.
Any change to the agreed scope of work after a contract is signed — additional square footage, upgraded materials, or newly discovered structural issues — will be documented in a written change order with any associated price adjustment before work proceeds.
New construction and full re-roof projects are covered by our workmanship warranty as specified in your signed contract. If an issue arises that is the result of our installation rather than normal wear, material defects, or unrelated damage, we will repair it at no additional charge within the warranty period.
Roofing materials (tile, slate, membrane, gutter stock, etc.) carry their own manufacturer warranties, separate from our workmanship warranty. We will help facilitate a manufacturer claim where applicable, but manufacturer warranty terms and timelines are set by the manufacturer, not by us.
If a final invoice comes in lower than amounts already paid — for example, if allowance items were not fully used — the difference will be refunded to you within 14 business days of final walkthrough and invoice.
If you're ever unhappy with completed work, contact us first — most concerns are resolved through a follow-up inspection and repair at no cost under the workmanship warranty. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it will be handled according to the dispute resolution terms in your signed contract.
Questions about a deposit, invoice, or warranty claim can be sent to jorge@rooftileservices.com or by calling (786) 603-4472.
